Rickie Fowler Wins the Rocket Mortgage Classic
Such an awesome win for Rickie. He’s been playing great all year but kept falling short on Sunday, most recently at the US Open and the Travelers. It looked like he was going to fall short once again yesterday, but he managed to birdie 18 after stuffing his approach to force his way into a playoff. From there, he drained an 11-footer to capture his first win in almost 5 years. The best part is he’s now almost certainly going to make the Ryder Cup team this year. 🇺🇸

The PGA Tour & PIF Agreement gets Released
This release really didn’t answer a ton of questions in terms of what we can expect going forward for the world of golf, but it does seem to be clear that the PGA Tour was backed into a corner that was going to be unsustainable for them going forward. It’s still not clear what’s going to happen to LIV and what the ‘merger’ actually entails, but we’ll continue to the monitor the situation.
