The Masters is the official unofficial start of every golf season. This year’s tournament is chock-full of storylines and we are absolutely here for all of the drama. LIV vs. PGA. Rory still chasing the career grand slam, Brooks coming in hot off a win, and Tiger is somehow still a very legit contender on one leg at 47 years old. Shoutout to UCONN for the W last night, but now it’s time for golf’s one shining moment.

Weekend Recap
Women’s Amateur
Rose Zhang has SILENCED the haters and added the missing piece to her trophy case by winning the 2023 ANWA. After running the table in the first two days of the tournament, Rose held on through a playoff to pick up the win Saturday afternoon. Things looked bleak for the world’s best amateur early on Saturday, but a well-timed lightning delay allowed to her regain her cool and push herself over the finish line on one of the greatest stages in amateur golf. Sunday provided us with the glory of the Drive, Chip, and Putt and the future of the game certainly looks bright.

PGA Tour
Corey Conners continued the year of the Canadian with a win in Texas. Meanwhile, Matt Kuchar and Rickie Fowler put on impressive displays. Fowler fired off a Sunday 66 and is headed into the Masters with great momentum. The Rickie bandwagon is filling up quickly, so don't miss this next stop.

Brooks Koepka won the LIV Golf International, his 2nd win in his last 6 stats. We’re not sure we’ll be rooting for Brooks at Augusta, but it definitely doesn’t hurt to have him in the mix.
