PGA Tour

Tom Kim (-20) wins the Shriners Children’s Open

It’s amazing that Tom Kim is still only 21 years old. He’s ranked 11th in the world, he is the youngest 3-time winner on the PGA Tour since Tiger, and he’s the youngest player to successfully defend a PGA Tour title since John McDermott 1912! Get used to seeing him at the top of the leaderboard because Tom Kim is not going anywhere.

This weekend was also maybe the closest we’ve ever gotten to a woman making the cut at a PGA Tour event. Lexi Thompson played great on Thursday and Friday and finished at even par, just 2 shots back from the cut line. We need more mixed events!

  • Ivor Robson, “The Voice of The Open”, has sadly passed away at the age of 83.

  • LIV Golf has been denied World Ranking points by the OWGR, and not surprisingly many people have strong thoughts on it.
